Refund Policy:

Due to the exclusivity and limited availability for some of our items, all sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of JUST ADDICTION.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not provide refunds , however, returns are accepted within 7 days. We are working on bettering our services to give you the best experience when you shop with us. Thank you for your support and understanding.

 

Exchange Policy

  • We will exchange a size if the items we’ve shipped to you does not fit.
  • All items eligible for exchange must be in its original form, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  • All items must be free of stains, body odor, makeup, deodorant and returned to JUSTADDICTION within 7 days upon receiving your package.
  • Please be aware that all Bodysuits, Swimwear, Sale items, and promotional items are nonexchangeable and is FINAL SALE. Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items are final sale.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the exchange process.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
  • Please be aware that all Sale items, or promotional items are nonexchangeable and is FINAL SALE.
  • Please include a note with the size you desire and the order to better serve you.
  • Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after your items has been delivered to us.
  • Just Addiction is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage in order to file claim with the mailing agency.
